Shipping Policy

 

Processing time

All orders are prepared before they ship. Our typical processing time is 5–15 business days.

Processing time includes order handling, verification, packaging, and getting the shipment ready to be handed off to the carrier. During busy periods (new drops, holidays, promotions), processing may take closer to the higher end of that range.

 

Shipping time (after it ships)

Shipping time begins once the carrier has received your package and tracking has been issued.

Delivery time varies by destination and carrier conditions. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout (if applicable) are estimates, not guarantees.

 

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout (unless otherwise stated). Rates may vary based on destination, order size, and selected shipping option.

 

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipping method, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

 

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

 

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change your address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

 

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

  • Delays: Carrier delays can happen and are outside of our control. If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, contact us and we’ll help you investigate.

  • Lost packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll work with you on the next steps (replacement or store credit, depending on availability).

  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s).

 

International orders (if applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
